 Plaza Wires Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a), Regulation 33 and other applicable Regulations, if any, of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 03:30 P.M. inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company along with the limited review reports for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2023 and other related matters thereto. Further, as intimated earlier by our letter dated 21st October, 2023 captioned 'Intimation for closure of Trading Window', the trading window closure period shall remain closed for designated employees/persons (including their immediate relatives) till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023.
