In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby notify that the Operations and Administrations Committee of the Company on 16th May 2024 has allotted 50,768 fully paid-up equity shares of INR 2 each, pursuant to exercise of ESOPs/ESARs under the ESOP scheme 2013-A and ESAR scheme 2021 of the Company. Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up capital of the Company stands increased to INR 1,61,48,91,472 comprising of 80,74,45,736 equity shares of face value INR 2 each.17-05-2024
