Max Estates Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 31/08/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the raising of funds by issuance of equity shares/ warrants/ preference shares/ any other security convertible into equity shares aggregating up to an amount of ? 150 Crores to the promoters / members of the promoter group of the Company and/or potential investors through any permissible mode, including by way of a preferential issue or any other mode as may be permitted under applicable laws, including the Companies Act, 2013 read with the rules notified thereunder and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, and to approve all the necessary actions required for raising funds, subject to necessary regulatory, statutory and other approval(s), if any, including approval of shareholders of the Company.28-08-2024
