With reference to the intimation of Board meeting submitted on October 25, 2023, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, November 08, 2023, has inter-alia, approved Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023. The said results were also reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Company in its meeting held on November 08, 2023. Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we enclose herewith the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023, along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory auditors.
